We advocate for our clients throughout the Florida’s State and Federal Courts, as well as Federal Courts throughout the country, at both the trial and appellate levels. We handle domestic and international arbitrations, representing our clients before tribunals in the United States, Latin America and Europe.
We are frequently retained by national and international law firms to act as local counsel and provide Florida law expertise, as well as to provide language and cultural resources in disputes involving Spanish speaking witnesses, experts and jurists.
Real estate is a large component of the Florida economy and we represent clients in real estate disputes throughout the State. In addition, we support real estate transactional law firms, title companies, real estate developers and real estate investors in resolving real property lien and title issues, constructions bonds, loan workouts and foreclosures, and actions to enforce or defend real estate purchase and sale contracts and lease agreements.
We represent our professional clients before licensing boards in disputes with their clients or overseeing government authorities, as well as with investigations and compliance with licensing requirements.
The team, perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish, has a perfect knowledge of all the steps a non-US resident needs to undertake to invest and settle in Florida. It has already permitted numerous individuals and companies from Europe and Latin America to successfully relocate to Florida.
